Module of ERP
The ERP
is divided into following modules.
Modules are internally connected
for various Data exchange.
Introduction
The Despatch department works
between production and accounts.
Production department informs
Despatch after completing the
product and getting the certificate
from the certifying authority
specified by the client. Inspection
Certificate is issued immediately
after checking the quality control
department. After despatch invoices
are prepared for the respective
clients and accounts department
is intimated.
Overview
This module will handle all
despatch related formalities including
excise invoice. As marketing department
receives order from client, it
forwards a copy of work order
to despatch along with a list
of documents to be associated
with the order. The job of this
module is to monitor the delivery
date of every order and in case
of any delay this module raises
an alarm and necessary action
will be taken. All figures
will be protected under password.
Only authorised person will be
eligible to access information
from this module.
