The ERP
is divided into following modules.
Modules are internally connected
for various Data exchange.
The order
processing, procurement process,
logistic, financial and documentation
modules are split into different
independent executable applications.
All these separate applications
will share a global database at
their back end.
The objective
of this system was to handle all
major and minor documentation
involved in a particular shipment,
to track missing steps and to
communicate with other locations
of the company.
Some
of the above modules will run
at two different units they are
disconnected and located in to
different locations. Data will
be exchanged through Connectivity
Module.
